Rev. Michael R. Griffin, Sr. serves as
the Senior Pastor of Liberty Baptist Church. A native of
Thomasville, GA and a graduate of Baptist Bible Institute
(now Baptist College of Florida) in Graceville, FL, Pastor
Griffin began his ministry in Hartwell, GA in November,
1992. In November of 1997 the Lord led Pastor Griffin and
a core body of believers to establish a new work known as
Liberty Baptist Church, believing that “Where the Spirit
of the Lord is, there is Liberty!”
Rev. Andy Buchanan serves as Minister of
Music and Administration. Bro. Andy has been with the Liberty
congregation since its beginnings in 1997. Andy is a 1985
graduate of Valdosta State College (now Valdosta State University)
with a Bachelor of Music degree.
